Here on the website, it is impossible to see and appreciate the depth and texture of Jai’s paintings. In person, they nearly live and breathe as expressions of his passion. Even the seascapes and landscapes are not 2-dimensional, but rather 3 and even 4 (if you include the dimension of your emotional response to what you see). Jai’s art is not a pleasant guitar solo, but an exploding symphony of color, texture and feeling. Even the subtle pieces are powerful. I wish there was a way to share that here on the website.
