As a collector or first time buyer at Cianelli Studios we appreciate your support and you are of utmost importance. We encourage you to ask questions or share any concerns you may have before making a purchase. Buying artwork and bringing it into the home or business is an exciting process and you want it to look perfect on your walls. We know and understand this and that's why we offer a return policy.
If it happens that you are not fully satisfied with an original piece of artwork it may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of arrival at your residence. The first thing you should do is contact us right away and let us know you are returning the piece. The artwork must be returned in original condition and you (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping costs. Your funds will be given back to you once we receive the artwork in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.
